Our health center provides best-in-class skilled nursing care for our residents should the need arise. Whether it’s a short-term rehabilitative stay after a hospital admittance or necessary long-term care for chronic health conditions, we are here for residents 24 hours a day. Our state-of-the-art facility is a warm and inviting environment that promotes wellness and allows residents to maintain quality of life. As A National Lutheran Community, we are a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. As such, we are invested in providing compassionate, high quality skilled nursing care in a loving environment.
