Construction at The Village at Providence Point has reached a major milestone, with the project now moving into its vertical construction phase.
Over the past week, crews completed key foundational work, including footings and early foundation elements, and have moved on to the first structural components.
While much of the earlier work took place below ground, including grading and utility installation, activity is now becoming more visible across the site. Foundation walls are beginning to take shape, and crews are actively preparing areas for slab placement and continued vertical progress.
This transition marks an important shift from site preparation to building construction, as each new section of concrete and structural framing brings the community further into view.
In the weeks ahead, construction will continue to advance steadily, with additional foundations, walls and structural elements taking shape across the site.
More updates will be shared as new milestones are reached.
