Beginning Monday, March 2 at 9 a.m., crews will begin installing sewer lines as part of The Village at Providence Point construction project.
To safely complete this work, temporary lane closures will be in place along Harness Creek Road, extending from the pump station to the stop sign at Spa Road.
Work will occur daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., with lanes reopening after 3 p.m. each day. The closures will be staged to minimize disruption, with only one lane closed at a time. Traffic will be maintained with the assistance of on-site personnel directing vehicles safely through the work zone.
The work is expected to take approximately five to seven days, with completion anticipated between March 6 and March 10, depending on weather and field conditions.
Following completion of work on Harness Creek Road, a similar single-lane closure will occur on Spa Road for approximately five to seven working days, also between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Neighbors are encouraged to allow additional travel time and exercise caution when traveling through the area. We appreciate the community’s patience as this important infrastructure work is completed.
