Construction at The Village at Providence Point is transitioning into framing phases as structural elements near completion and utility infrastructure advances across the site. Recent photos document structural steel delivery for the health center, work on the elevator area, electrical duct installation, foundation work on cottages, and curbs and paving along Skippers Lane and Spa Road.
Main water, sewer and stormwater lines are largely complete. Remaining utility work includes fire hydrant installations, courtyard storm connections and cottage-side storm lines. Paving is expected to be substantially complete by mid-to-late September.
Additional construction updates will be shared as progress continues.
