Construction at The Village at Providence Point continues to advance across structural and utility phases as multiple work streams progress simultaneously. Recent photos document steel stair installation, below-grade construction, slab preparation and sewer line work across the site.
Steel stair installation is underway, with the first stair passing inspection and stair number two beginning on schedule. Structural elements including elevator systems, firewalls and plumbing rough-ins continue as planned. Below-grade concrete masonry work and waterproofing are progressing, with slab preparation and utility installations ongoing.
The healthcare center footings and utility installations are underway, while cottage footings are set to commence this week. Major civil work includes Spa Road improvements, fire hydrant installations, and sewer and water line installations progressing on schedule.
