Construction at The Village at Providence Point continues with wood framing and interior systems work progressing across residential and specialized facility areas. Recent photos document the work advancing on residential buildings, concrete decking with electrical and mechanical rough-in underway, interior systems installation at the pool and spa area, and site access roads nearing completion.
Interior mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems are being installed in advance of finishes, while site paving and access roads continue as scheduled to support ongoing construction operations.
The project maintains its construction timeline as work progresses across multiple phases. Additional construction updates will be shared as progress continues.
