Construction activity at The Village at Providence Point is expanding across the site as crews move deeper into the concrete slab and structural preparation phase. Recent photos show multiple building areas in various stages of concrete work, rebar placement and mechanical, electrical and plumbing preparation.
Slab pours are underway in several areas, while finished slabs show structural columns supporting the framework of future residences and shared spaces.
In the coming weeks, additional slab pours, water/sewer line installations and backfill operations will continue as the project advances through its structural phases. The team is also preparing for upcoming Spa Roadwork that will begin later this month.
