Construction at The Village at Providence Point continues to progress across structural, utility and site preparation phases as multiple crews work simultaneously across the site. Concrete foundations and columns continue to rise in several areas, with masonry work now underway on the health center.
Sewer, water and stormwater utility installations are progressing as backfilling and slab preparations continue. Third-party inspections remain ongoing for rebar, concrete and compaction work, with a welding inspection scheduled for next week.
Stream restoration work is progressing well as part of ongoing site improvements. Framing is targeted to begin in mid-July as structural elements near completion.
