Construction at The Village at Providence Point is progressing through multiple phases, with building structures rising, interior systems being installed and site infrastructure continuing to develop. Recent photos document the transition from foundation to framing and mechanical installation phases.
Interior concrete slabs are complete in several areas, with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems now being installed. Sewer line installation continues across the site as crews coordinate underground utility work with above-ground construction.
An additional crane will arrive at the site soon to support the increased pace of vertical construction.
The latest construction look-ahead includes continued slab pours, utility installations and site improvements, including work on the restoration of a degraded stormwater channel.
