Construction at The Village at Providence Point continues with active work across residential and health center areas. Recent photos show wood framing taking shape at cottage and residential buildings, concrete curb pours underway at multiple site locations, and interior concrete work progressing at the health center. The site remains active with construction equipment and cranes supporting the concurrent work streams.
Cottage foundations and plumbing rough-ins continue as framing systems are installed in residential areas, while steel and decking work at the health center are progressing on schedule. Architect, engineer, city and third-party inspections remain scheduled for concrete, insulation, steel framing, decking and stair towers.
The project maintains its construction timeline as multiple phases work simultaneously across the community. Additional construction updates will be shared as progress continues.
