Construction at The Village at Providence Point is progressing through multiple structural phases as cottage foundation work commences and major building elements advance. Recent photos document concrete masonry work on cottages, foundation footing excavation and second-level concrete preparation across the site.
Cottage utility lines and footings are now underway, with concrete pours completed and concrete masonry units being installed. Electrical permits for the cottages have been logged and are in process. In the main building area, second-level concrete pours and rebar preparation continue as the project maintains its construction schedule.
The health center footings, utility installations and framing preparations remain on track, with steel delivery scheduled. Fire hydrant installations are exceeding requirements, with positive feedback received from the fire marshal's walk-through. Major civil work including sewer and water line installations continue as planned.
Additional construction updates will be shared as progress continues.
