Multiple construction phases are progressing simultaneously at The Village at Providence Point. The framing is the most notable feature, showing the project’s vertical progression, while crews advance curb work at the cottages and Spa Road areas and complete terrace-level plumbing. Recent photos show plumbing rough-ins for the pool, and concrete and utility work taking place across multiple building areas.
Steel inspections are being scheduled, while concrete, insulation and related inspections are ongoing throughout the cottages and other buildings. Cottage concrete work continues with additional pads and plumbing underway, while the health center is scheduled to receive concrete pours soon. The pool permit has been secured and pool-area plumbing work is underway.
