What are you working on right now at The Village of Providence Point?

The ARCH team is guiding the building process from vision to occupancy by coordinating closely with the design, engineering and construction teams. The project team works to create a vibrant resident experience and monitor progress to meet development goals.

What’s something happening on site that might not be obvious to the community?

We’re coordinating the design decisions with ownership and the contractor to meet the site and building expectations. ARCH is also coordinating with third-party consultants to limit the environmental impact on the property during construction. Our team efforts will ensure a long-lasting natural environment for future residents.

What experience does ARCH bring to the senior living design?

ARCH has over two decades of experience in senior living planning, development and construction monitoring, which supports operations of the built environment for wellness of older adults. The firm combines national expertise with local knowledge of vibrant, life plan communities.
