WHAT IS A CCRC?

CCRC stands for Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a CCRC, we offer independent living, in-home services, memory care and skilled nursing services, so we can provide the right level of care for you or your loved one.

WHAT MAKES THE VILLAGE AT PROVIDENCE POINT UNIQUE?

So much! First, the community has an unbeatable location in Annapolis, a thriving city of shops, restaurants, and more. Next, our community has an active lifestyle in mind—our tree-lined property, multiple restaurants on campus, state-of-the-art wellness center and health center, and all the conveniences you’d expect in a retirement community.

WHAT IS YOUR Connected Living WELLNESS PROGRAM?

ConnectedLiving is the name for our wellness programming philosophy. We want to provide our residents a lifestyle beyond dining and social life. We intentionally build programming so everyone in the community—residents, visitors and staff—can thrive in body, mind and spirit. From onsite activities to lifelong learning opportunities, we want to provide an environment that fosters continual growth among several “dimensions of wellness”:

WHAT LIVING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

In independent living, we offer one- and two-bedroom cottages (2,040 to 2,540 square feet) and apartments (922 to 1,742 square feet) with elegant floor plans and custom features. We also partner with organizations that offer in-home services. Finally, in our skilled nursing neighborhood, we offer private health care suites, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

WHAT ARE IN-HOME SERVICES?

In-home services are for residents who need a bit of extra help with certain tasks—from shopping to help with dressing and bathing. Through partnerships with community organizations, our team works to promote independence as our residents are able. Social activities don’t stop just because you need a little support. We want to ensure our residents can age with choice and remain in their independent living homes where possible.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AMENITIES?

We have thoughtfully designed our community with you in mind, to reflect the way you want to live. Some of our amenities include:

We are now taking priority deposits, and we anticipate the community will open in 2023.
