National Lutheran Communities & Services is a faith-based, not-for-profit ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s (ELCA) Delaware-Maryland, Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and Virginia synods, serving people of all beliefs. NLCS, in partnership with older adults and their families, provides solutions for successful aging through retirement communities in Maryland and Virginia, in-home service options and awards grants to other organizations supporting underserved seniors.
