# The Village at Providence Point — A National Lutheran Community > Now under construction and opening in 2028 in Annapolis, Maryland. A Life Plan Community (CCRC) developed by National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS), a not-for-profit ministry partner of the ELCA with more than 135 years of serving seniors. Set on a prime Annapolis location 10 minutes from downtown, the community will offer Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, and In-Home Care Services — with maintenance-free cottages and apartment homes, resort-style amenities, and guaranteed access to a full continuum of care. Reservations are now open through the Charter Club. NLCS provides more than $5 million in benevolent care annually, offsetting costs for residents who can no longer afford care. All revenues are reinvested into communities — serving people of all beliefs and backgrounds. The Village at Providence Point is subject to final approval of the Maryland Department of Aging. Artist renderings are subject to change pending final design and engineering. ## Residences & Independent Living - [Independent Living](https://www.thevillageatprovidencepoint.org/independent-living-annapolis): Meticulously designed cottages and apartment homes with maintenance-free, worry-free lifestyle.
